The breakfast is unfailing continental in a continuously managed (cleaned and tidied) environment on the ground floor, which also means you always have the crew nearby to assist you. The room we stayed for two nights was large enough for two people, the twin bed was huge and the room still had enough space around it so it was not cramped at all. It was more generous than the two AirBnBs we had for a similar cost (without the breakfast). They have this thing about cleanliness. This is an Express hotel, so it is simple in services but those are satisfying. The Hotel is not located in the city center but amid various outlets and close to a shopping mall with restaurants open till late in the evening. It's location is fortunate if you plan to visit the city, or the Tejo (Tagus, Tajo) river or the Ocean - you can easily drive on the appropriate highway, or use the buses/trains. It has clean air as it is close to an enormous park (forest), the vicinity is quiet, even though there are highways nearby.

Barbara answered my late and panicked phone call from the airport. She spoke and understood English very well and she was calming and reassuring that there would be no problem with a very late check in due to a delayed arrival flight. When our UBER driver drove to the wrong place because the Booking.com listing address is incorrect, I called Barbara again and she was able to direct our driver to the proper location. She was just as easily able to speak to me in English as she was to speak to our UBER driver in Portuguese. The next morning she was still on duty and easily helped us navigate the train route we needed to continue our journey. I am grateful that the phone number was listed correctly so I could call for assistance. The breakfast was EXCELLENT and held during great times, 7:30-10:30.

This the hotel I came to check in an unexpected late night booking due to unfortunate event from my other accomodation. The staff were supportive and helpful. Room were clean and tidy. Breakfast is fair and need more variety, the area is a bit small for the influx of tourist around. The bus stop is just in front and you can easily go to the city centre.

What went well was the breakfast in the morning, the cafeteria was clean and the food was stocked up so it would not run out. The hotel rooms were clean and the room service was also good. The staff was helpful and gave us anything we needed such a chargers, ironing boards etc. The food was fresh and a variety of different choices for everyone :)

An excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds and really clean room. Very welcoming staff and polite. You had coffee making facilities and a hair dryer too. Not noisy at all and hotel was full. Multistorey Parking available at the hotel. Limited spaces but you can find some alternative parking outdoors too.
